Return & Refund Policy
At Lmnutx, your satisfaction is our top priority. We stand behind the quality of our products and are here to assist you if something isn't quite right.
1. Return & Exchange Window
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return or an exchange. After 30 days, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
2. Eligibility & Conditions
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:

Condition: Unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it.

Integrity: Free from any scents, stains, or damage.

Packaging: Must have all original tags, labels, and original packaging attached.
Note: Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer or the address on the parcel before contacting our support team. Unauthorized returns will not be processed.
3. Return & Exchange Process
Step 1: Request Authorization Email us at support@Lmnutx.com with your order number and the reason for the return/exchange. Our team will review your request and provide the necessary instructions.
Step 2: Ship the Item Carefully package your item(s) to prevent damage during transit. Ship the package to our designated return center:

Step 3: Inspection & Resolution

Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection. Approved refunds are processed within 3–5 business days to your original payment method. (Please allow an additional 3–7 days for the funds to appear in your account depending on your bank).

Exchanges: Replacement items are dispatched within 3 business days after the returned item is approved.
4. Shipping Fee Responsibility

Customer-Initiated Returns: If you are returning an item for personal reasons (e.g., change of mind, wrong size ordered, or personal preference), you will be responsible for the return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Faulty or Incorrect Items: If the return is due to our error (e.g., damaged, defective, or incorrect item), Lmnutx will cover all shipping costs. We will provide a pre-paid label or reimburse the shipping fee once the defect is verified.
5. Order Cancellation
We strive to process and ship orders as quickly as possible (usually within 24 hours).

Cancellation Window: You may request a cancellation within 24 hours of placing your order, provided it has not yet been shipped.

After Shipment: Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be canceled. Please follow the standard return process after the package arrives.
