1. Delivery Destinations

We ship to over 200 countries and regions across North and South America, Europe, Asia, Africa, and Oceania.

Excluded Destinations:

Due to logistical limitations or local regulations, we currently do not ship to the following locations:

Asia: Mainland China, Yemen.
Africa: Ascension, Eritrea, Somalia, Somaliland, Spanish Territories of North Africa.
Europe: Aland Island, Azores, Balearic Islands, Regions of Former Yugoslavia.
Other: Bouvet Island, Caroline Islands, Democratic Republic of the Congo (formerly Zaire), Northern Mariana Islands.

2. Order Processing & Tracking

To keep you informed, you will receive automated email updates at each stage of the fulfillment process:

Order Confirmation: Sent immediately after your order is placed, confirming your product details.
Payment Confirmation: Sent once your payment has been successfully processed.
Shipping Confirmation: Sent once your package has been dispatched. This email will include your Tracking Number and a link to monitor your shipment in real-time.

3. Shipping Methods & Timelines

Cdximen partners with leading global carriers (such as 4PX, YunExpress, DHL, etc.) to ensure safe delivery. Shipping methods are automatically assigned based on destination, order value, and product type.

Processing Time: Please allow 1–3 business days for order processing before dispatch.
Note: Delivery timelines are estimates based on historical data. Actual delivery may be affected by customs clearance, local logistics efficiency, or extreme weather conditions.

4. Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are calculated based on your order subtotal (after discounts):

Orders $0.00 – $46.99: A flat shipping fee of $9.9 applies.
Orders $50 and above: FREE Standard Shipping.

5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Responsibility: All international orders may be subject to import duties, taxes (VAT), or customs fees levied by the destination country. These charges are the sole responsibility of the recipient.
Policy: Cdximen has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. We recommend contacting your local customs office for specific information before placing an order.
Refusal of Delivery: If a package is returned due to a refusal to pay customs duties, the original shipping fees and any return costs incurred will be deducted from your refund.

6. Important Information

Central Distribution: All orders are dispatched from our central warehouse to ensure strict quality control.
Restricted Items: Products containing batteries, liquids, or other sensitive materials may be routed through specialized carriers, which may result in a delay of 3–5 additional business days.
Address Accuracy: Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address (including postal code and phone number). Lmnutx is not liable for failed deliveries due to incorrect address information provided at checkout.
